Borra caves is longest cave in india.Bora caves situated on visakhapatnam-araku road, 99km from visakhapatnam and 33km from araku and is located at 1400 meter above sea level in anantagiri area of visakhapatnam.The Borra caves are very beautiful and the natural formation of these caves is also unique.Tourist have been visiting the place since 1970.There are 118 stairs in the cave 300m wide and 40m deep at analtitude of 722m.Water containing calcium carbonate dropped for a million years and formed deposit of stalactite which hang
like icicles from the cave ceiling.Apart from Shivlinga and Kamdhenu
there are other idols too.It is fascinating to see the drops of water failing naturally on top of idol of god.
