Satpura National Park is located in Hoshangabad, Madhya Pradesh. Satpura National Park is situated in 1981. Its total area is 524 Sq. km. Principal Faunas of Panther, Sambhar, Chital, Bhedki, Blue Bull, Four-horned antelope, Chinkra, Bison (Gaur), Wild Boar, Wild Dog, Bear, Black buck, Fox, Porcupine, Flying squirrel, Mouse deer, Indian joint squirrel etc. and various species are found here. Principal Floras of Sal,Teak, Tendu, Aonla, Mahua, Bel, Bamboo etc. are found. Means of travelling inside the area are self owned petrol four wheeler vehicles. For accommodation several private hotels, The Forest Rest House and Guest House of M.P. State Tourism Development Corporation at Pachmarhi are available. Nearby tourist sports are Bision Lodge museum, Jata Shankar, Rajgiri, Jamuna Pratap, Jambu Deep, Chhota Mahadev Asann Khadd, Alann Scene, Sunderkund, Reechhgarh, Dhupgarh, Mahadev, Panarpani Garden and others.
